Welcome to the ETS Service Desk Portal!
Aloha, we're here to make technology work for you! The ETS Service Desk Portal was built to streamline and improve our customer support experience. We strive to streamline request tracking and improve our overall resolution times.
To submit a ticket:
- Click the Login link in the upper right-hand side of the webpage.
- Login with your Hawaii.gov account.
- You may either Report an issue, or Request a service.
- Fill out the form information and hit Submit.
That's it! You can track and respond to your ticket via this portal or via email. Your response will be recorded either way, and our staff will always have the most updated history of your request.
An unplanned interruption, reduction in the quality or the failure of an IT service is called an incident. Use the Report an issue module for these types of requests.
A request from a user for information, advice, a standard change, or access to a service is termed a service request. Use the Request a service module to browse our current service catalog and see which services you can request directly. We are continuing to build out our service catalog, so please check back as we add more services to our list!
We will also be growing our knowledgebase of help articles where you may find just enough information to self-service your issue.
